In a study conducted by the Financial Times and the Statista Institute on diversity and inclusion among european companies employing at least 250 people, Rexel ranks first in its wholesale trade sector and 45th overall. This distinction highlights Rexel’s continuous efforts over the past several years and recognizes the relevance of the Group’s commitments and concrete achievements in this area.
The study involved surveying more than 100,000 employees and weighting these results with analyses by human resources and recruitment experts. For more representativeness, the interviewees were able to express themselves about their employer but also to give their opinion on the other companies in their industry. At the time of the survey, the respondents had not been informed of its purpose, making the result all the more significant.
