On March 8, 2021, Rexel group launched the Wire (Women in Rexel) activity to promote the understanding of all employees of the group on the concept of diversity, equality and inclusion. In the past year, Rexel in different countries have carried out publicity and organized activities around this theme, and the group has also held experience sharing meetings internally on a regular basis.
On February 24 this year, Ms. Maggie Tang, Mr. Bernie Zhang and Mr. Hu Junjin of Rexel China shared with other countries of the group from different dimensions how China implemented the concept of diversity, equality and inclusiveness into every step of employees’ career cycle. We pay great attention to the fairness and justice of opportunities in recruitment, personnel development and incentive mechanism.
