On October 28, 2022, the first working meeting of the expert group of Rexel Think Tank was held in Shanghai HQ office as well as through online tool Teams. Six members, Mr. Sean Zhang, CEO of Rexel China, Mr. Hu Junjin, Director of the Marketing Department, Ms. Maggie Tang, Director of Human Resources, and human resources managers of each entity attended the meeting.

The Rexel Think Tank Expert Team is a project team established after self- recommendation and democratic election of technicians. They come from different entities of Rexel in China. Their technical capabilities cover main products, collaborative products and industrial digital products. They have rich experience in product, project and service applications in more than 20 industries. There are 7 experts in the first phase of the think tank, including experts from Rexel China HQ and 4 entities.

At the meeting, Sean issued letters of appointment to think tank experts. Think tank experts discussed the product knowledge collection, industry application cases, know-how Q&As, cooperation and sharing clubs; they also discussed how to empower the engineering staff with technology and sales experience through product/industry/technology application of online and offline training.

Rexel Think Tank aims to create a professional technology sharing and cooperation platform to better empower engineering and sales personnel. Wish them may benefit and grow through this project!
