On the morning of June 1, the signing conference of robot and high-end equipment industry chain was held in Shandong International Convention and Exhibition Center. Mr. Jack Liu, General Manager of Huazhang Automation, attended the meeting on behalf of Rexel – Huazhang Automation, and signed strategic cooperation agreement with Hualing Cable, Jinan (International) Robot and High-end Equipment Industry Association on behalf of Huazhang Automation.
In the afternoon, Mr. Jack Liu, General Manager of Huazhang Automation, Mr. Li Wei, Sales Director of North District, Ms. Sun Hongxia, Director of Collaborative Business Development, and Mr. Gong Mingjie, Manager of Jinan Branch, were invited to visit Hualing Cable. Wang Zhaobo, President of Shandong Hualing Cable Co., Ltd., Sun Hanming, Director of the Engineering Center, and Wang Jian, Sales Manager, warmly received them.
In the cable exhibition room, Mr. Wang Zhaobo, President of Hualing cable, introduced the development history, honors and quality culture of Hualing Cable, as well as its influence and development planning in the fields of nuclear power, rail transit and special equipment. President Wang Zhaobo emphatically introduced that Hualing Cable has transformed the concept of nuclear power into commercial use. Through the continuous innovation of materials and processes, it has finally developed a 70-year long-life wire and cable that has been compiled as an industry standard. General Manager Jack Liu and the team spoke highly of Hualing’s innovation ability and R&D strength.
In the new materials exhibition room, President Wang Zhaobo introduced in detail the landing products and market applications jointly developed by Hualing Cable and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. As an enterprise specializing in the research and development of high-performance composite materials, Hualing has made a lot of efforts in the lightweight, ultra-low temperature, long life and other characteristics of polymer materials and related products, and has solved the problems of lightweight, cost reduction and import substitution in rail transit, automobile manufacturing and other fields. In particular, the -55℃ ultra-low temperature impact resistant nylon composite which has been successfully developed and applied to the snow wax car of the 2022 Winter Olympic Games was unanimously praised by every ateendees.
Later, Jack Liu and the team visited the cable production workshop, learned about the cable production process, and watched the comparison experiment between 70-year long-life wires and ordinary wires.
